Does PbyP apply in the same way to learners of all ages?
Yes for all those learners operating at levels 3 and above.
We have found that those learners operating at levels 1,2 and some parts of 3 require direct support and the skill of the teacher in making the child feel in control in these situations is considerable.
With the help of our trial schools we have now developed a special set of tools for learners operating below level 3. These will be released early in the new year.
They start at the foundation stage milestones and progress through to the new QCA Personal Learning and Thinking Skills.
