Apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. If you have Yahoo mail (including BT) you need to update to the ‘New Yahoo Mail’. There are two ways of updating - Select New Yahoo Mail from options in right hand corner just above your listed emails or choose New Yahoo Mail, not classic version in the start-up screen.
