We recognise that something this transformational needs a lot of thought but in most schools there are already staff who have developed excellent practice. We have designed PbyP so it can start with these staff and help them grow personalisation Piece by Piece at a pace that suits your school. You can start with four pupils and a member of staff if you wish, you just need the pupil’s date of birth and UPN (unique pupil number).
