If every learner needs a mentor, how can I achieve this with my current staffing?
PbyP is unique in that every learner is also a mentor and every parent can also be a mentor if they want to be. This further reduces the workload for staff.
Clearly we would advise that mentoring is a core part of modern schooling and as such will still involve staff but PbyP only ‘requires’ staff to be involved if students do anything which other learners consider to be particularly excellent or problematic.
